Extended Service Plans
Floors with polyurea coating with flakes – Residential projects
All our polyurea with flakes floors coating are covered with the standard B-Protek warranty. However, it is possible to opt for an extended service plan to cover accidents and situations beyond our control.
Comparison of the Standard Warranty, the “Care Plus” Plan and the “Premium Care” Plan
Our floors with polyurea with flakes coating are guaranteed for 20 years in garages and 5 years on residential exterior projects. The warranty applies to the quality of the product, the preparation and the application carried out by one of our franchisees. The standard warranty is part of our service offer, so there is no additional charge.
For accidents and situations beyond our control, such as concrete cracks or if you damage your floor, we offer 2 extended service plans to allow you to benefit from certain repairs at no additional cost.
Here is the detail of these 2 plans:
“Care Plus” Plan
The “Care Plus” plan includes 2 interventions by the franchisee who performed the work and covers labor and materials. This plan is valid for a period of 3 years after the end of the work in the following cases:
- Local discoloration of the coating;
- Minor crack in the concrete;
- Deep scratch or flaking of the flakes and / or polyurea caused by the customer;
- Tire marks.
“Premium Care” Plan
The “Premium Care” plan includes 3 interventions by the franchisee who carried out the work and covers labor and materials. This plan is valid for a period of 5 years after the end of the work in the following cases:
- Situations included in the “Care Plus” plan;
- Concrete chipping;
- Warranty transferable once.
Exclusions From Extended Service Plans
The following cases are excluded from the extended service plans:
- Major concrete repair (Crack over 1/4″ wide and/or concrete repair over 5 sq. ft of surface and/or concrete repair over 1″ deep)
- Complete resurfacing
*Some restrictions apply, see final quote. Any other claims out of warranty or out of the selected maintenance plan may be subject to charges. The franchisee reserves the right to refuse to offer the extended maintenance plan.
